of a dream
to write and craft words,
to add images that would
help bring those words to life
and to share both with others
who might enjoy
coming along for the ride.
how quickly I would
make friends like you
and how important writing
for both of us
would become....
through the bloggerhood
would inspire me
in myriad ways.
Not the least being your support.
The comments that you left
on my last post just blew
my family away with their kindness.
As a great big, warm thank you,
I am having my first giveaway to
celebrate my first 50 followers!
I popped over to one of my
favorite little stores....
You know the kind.
The ones with the little rooms and
vignettes that make you want to just
MOVE IN?
I believe it is essential to elevate
the small things that we do each day....
like washing hands...or dishes....into something special.
With that in mind, I had fun picking out some little
treats just for you.
Enjoy this lucious
Ginger Flower Soap
made in the USA
by Fringe.
I've tucked this lovely
triple-milled soap into
a decorative nest
with two robin's eggs.
You'll also receive
gardener purifying hand wash
and gardener candle
by the Thymes, USA
one of my most favorites!
{smells like fresh-mowed grass}
and
Farmhouse Dish soap
in Herb Blossom scent
made by Sweetgrass Farm, USA

To enter, tell me how
you first discovered
on-line blogs.....
and give me an example
of one that you just adore.
Consider it an introduction
between friends.
I will go first. I had a vague
sense of what a web log was
But, it wasn't until January
{of this year!} that I really
stumbled into blogdom.
I was looking on-line for ideas on
how to organize my pantry.
I found several nice articles
which then led me to a food
blog.....which led me to another
one....and soon it was like
being in a maze and not being
quite sure how I arrived where
I ended up!
I found myself on the web log of
lovely Lili, from Fearless Nesting.
I read and read and read and
took it all in. It was a new
world of like-minded women
and I was so excited at
the discovery!

comments, I tiptoed over to
visit some of the neighbors
on Lili's side bar....
.....and got even further lost
in the maze.
I eventually found my way out.
{My pantry is still unorganized.}
then I will throw your names in
a hat and Tadpole {my youngest}
will make the big draw.

You are all winners, in my book.
