They grow up so fast. Sniff. Fresh—the brand behind those adorable wrapped soaps and now a million other products—celebrated its 16th birthday last night, with a big "Sweet 16" party in its Soho store on Prince Street. After a brief film tribute, founders Lev Glazman and Alina Roytberg (pictured left) moved the crowd with a toast, nostalgically expressing the work, patience and love it took to transform their small Boston startup into what's now an international success story. Champagne glasses clinked, lobster rolls and baked figs circled the room and guests ooh-ed and aah-ed over a time-line wall of products—all in honor of Fresh's remarklable growth over the years. So, as Lev put it himself, here's to the next 16!
