After stopping to help a starry-eyed Borba fan, Scott Vincent indulged us in some breaking news: By Spring of next year, Borba will be partnering with Tarte Cosmetics to launch a vitamin-infused lip gloss called "Inside Out" that combines fabulous lip shine with good-for-you Borba Nutraceuticals. Considering the fact that gloss-addicts allegedly ingest about 2 to 4 pounds of lipgloss in their lifetime, you might as well ingest age-defying nutrients and vitamins while you're at it!
