At the Tibi show, models strutted down the catwalk sporting off-the-shoulder tops, bold print dresses and platform sandals that saluted the ‘70’s. Backstage, makeup artist Ayako did the makeup for Nars, playing it up with shimmery purple and silver eye shadows, black liner (applied to both the upper and lower rims of the eyes), a few coats of black mascara and a nude lip. “These subtle, yet sexy looks were inspired by 70's beach babes,” said Ayako. “Overall, it’s about dewy, sun-kissed skin with a healthy flush and a strong emphasis on the eyes.”
