Passport photos? Mugshots for the innocent. But things just got gloomier. To more easily identify travelers, the state department has implemented a new policy against smiling in your photo. "They say it's because when we smile, in a sense, we change our faces and we don't look exactly like ourselves," ABC News explains. Hmm, so note to self: Hide blasé passport photo from all potential boyfriends. With these new stoic mugshots, though, looks like the old saying still applies: "When you look like your passport photo, it's time to go home!" So, be honest, how does yours rate?
