June's Monthly Contest & May's Winners!

First things first! The 2 winners of May's monthly contest have been randomly selected. Each winner will receive a complete set of China Glaze Vintage Vixen. Congratulations to Kendra A., who says, "Thank you so much!", and Janice W., who replied, "Are you kidding me??? Yay!!!" Thanks to everyone for your entries. For those of you who wrote messages in your entries (not required, but certainly welcome), I truly enjoyed reading them.

June's monthly contest was a little more difficult for me to come up with this month, because there's not too many collections coming out in the near future. I thought since this is my birthday month, I'd try to work out a prize package with a birthday theme. I'm also going to be doing a number of posts on hand/foot care products and treatments this month, so here's what I've put together along those lines for one lucky follower:

Above: We all love getting professional spa pedicures, but it can certainly be done at home with the right products. Coffee is a necessary nectar for me, and I love the smell of fresh coffee. My favorite products both professionally or at home, are those found in OPI's Manicure Pedicure line. My "at home" mani/pedi's seem so much more decadent with these!

Below: The Philosophy Birthday Girl (how fitting!) set contains 5 products for your bath/body/hands/feet/lips. You'll have everything you need for a complete spa day at home. I probably should have included a bottle of wine or something to complete the picture!

Below: Now that your hands and feet are complete, you need something to dress them up with. What color should you choose? Lippmann's Happy Birthday seems appropriate!

Below: Maybe that's a little too blingy for your mood (how can that be?). How about some 'tamer' shades from OPI. I chose shades with 'birthday' in the name, and since June's birth stone is a Pearl and the June birth flower is the rose...well, you get the idea. And let's just say I'd need quite a few more than 20 candles on my cake!

Next month there should be some new collections to offer for the contest, but I had fun putting this one together and I hope you enjoy it! One winner will receive all of the products pictured above, and if it were possible, I'd deliver them in person and we could go out and celebrate with a drink (or 5 or 6!) and talk about nail polish!
