A few days ago, we raved about this new electric nail trend—layering fluorescent white polish under a sheer red to get an electric pink result. A bit too labor intensive for you? Okay, okay. You can always pick an already-florescent shade for a quick, just-as-cool version of this high-voltage trend. And here's an added, tell-your-friends bonus: Most florescent shades turn a very different shade in natural sunlight! Our designer, Heather, picked this neon-mango-ish shade in the salon (right), but it morphed into a more muted, almost reddish color (left) as soon as she walked outside.
