Even though manicures are headed for brighter pastures this summer, those dark, dramatic nails are still vampin' up the Hollywood scene on occasion. (The manicure that just won't die!) So hurry up and sport those moody-mood polishes while you still can—black, plum, violet, burgundy, whatever—because the season's shifting to lighter, brighter shades soon enough.
