Orly Royal Navy~Is This New?

I spotted this ad in the June issue of Nails Magazine and Royal Navy caught my eye right away. I have Star Spangled and White Tips, so those are repromotes. I did a quick Google search and nothing showed up, so I'm wondering if any of you have this polish. Blue. Sparkly. Glittery. I think I need this!
