At what age should women stop using full coverage make-up and
heavy eyeshadow and blush?
I believe it's around 30 something. In your 30's your skin begins to change it
dries out it doesn't renew it self, as fast as it did in your 20's. Time to break all
those bad habits.
Time to start loving your face...let's start with skin care.
Retinol A or Copper is a key ingredient in your face products and keeping
that illuminating glow. (I'm all about the glow) buy a good face wash
that has these two key ingredients. Equate has a good face wash with Retinol A.
Once a week use a nice microderbrasion to exfoliate.
After you need a nice daily and night cream as well as eye serum.
Equate sells the cheaper brands but just as good as the pricey ones.
You need to be religious with your skin care routine.
Also STOP rubbing your eyes they are delicate.
Use your ring finger to apply under eye cream and concealers.
Your ring finger is the weakest. If you don't want premature wrinkles
you'll be careful unless you have money for botox. :P WATER!! is so important
drink as much as possible...look up my info on cucumber water in my blog.
Plus don't forget your neck...it needs love too.
Now make-up wise if you have great skin then a nice tinted moisturizer is all
you need, for problem skin the more you take care of it
the more it will get better. For tiny flaws use dot concealer.
Eyeshadow should be neutrals no crazy colors or crazy sparkles
they will make you look older like your trying to hard to be young.
Blush should look natural and flushed, lips if you have a nice fleshed
colored lip then a nice gloss or lip balm.
Real simple show your natural beauty. Love B
