The EU is taking steps toward introducing new airport regulations allowing small amounts of liquids onboard aircrafts, but the proposed regulations must be formally accepted by European commissioners before becoming law. “I expect this to be adopted in the course of next week,” Jacques Barrot, Commission vice president, said in the statement. If accepted, the changes should be implemented by early November. In the meantime, if you're jumping the pond, remember that you'll have to check your beauty on the return flight.
