You need clean hair and this look requires long long hair if you don't have it BUY it....extensions now a days are a just as excepted as false eyelashes and are a secret among Hollywood celebs. One day it's long then the next short....it's fun being a girl.
Products needed:
Spiral curling iron 1/2inch for not so tight curls don't have one just curl your hair tighter with a reg curling iron.
24 inch clip in extensions human hair
Ocean sea spray for the dirty look
Start from the back of the head with curling iron to the front of hair this will take a while!! Once you have a nice full head of spiral curls then you need the ocean sea spray to get that beachy dirty look. Shake your head and spray lightly. Tease the hair all over to get that messy look like Jen's. It's very crazy and messy and not shiny. This is easy but remember if your hairs short it wont work. :P
