Full of antioxidant ingredients, it improves skin elasticity, protects against UV radiation and even speeds up skin cell regeneration. No surprise, then, that Korres is soon launching a Thyme Honey Cream and Thyme Honey Mask—both made with thyme honey, of course, which is considered one of the best honeys in the world. (Korres' first product was actually an aromatic herbal syrup made with honey and aniseed, a recipe borrowed from George Korres' grandfather on the island of Naxos.) The new thyme honey products aren't out until summer, but in the meantime, feel free to impress your friends with this honey fun-fact: The ancient Greeks believed honey dripped from the sky with the morning dew and covered the flowers, from which the bees just collected it later.
