The world judged wannabe singers, then those little runway projects, but now it’s beauty’s turn. Sephora is creating a national beauty team—the Sephora Pro Beauty Team—and is hosting open-call auditions in 12 major cities to find this entourage magnifique. The lucky cities: NYC, Boston, D.C., Ft. Lauderdale, Atlanta, Columbus, Chicago, Houston, LA, San Francisco, Seattle and Toronto. We covered two of the first rounds—LA on 1/8, San Fran on 1/12—and posted the beauty-full reports below for you. Next up? Round 1 in New York on 2/9, followed by callbacks in New York, Chicago, LA and Houston in early March, and the final, 3-day competition in the Big Apple in mid-March.
