When Mascara Runs

We've all seen running mascara--on ourselves, and others. But now, you can witness mascara running down billboards. The blog Engadget reported today that The Leo Burnett advertising agency has created billboards for Max Factor that feature a woman with gorgeous lashes. But when it rains, the black mascara runs, just like in real life. We're assuming, though, that somewhere in the ad it says that "this WON'T happen" with Max Factor.
