At least that's what it says in the August issue of Glamour magazine! I'm pretty lazy, but that's not something I've ever considered. Raise your hand if you've ever done that!

We seem to be in between a lot of new collection releases, so I don't have too much to report in that area today, but I am really looking forward to the Orly Cosmic FX Fall 2010 collection due out in September. Have you seen that one yet? If you haven't, do a Google search and take a look at it. I have heard that Orly is preparing to go the way of OPI with regard to being "salon only", which would likely mean they won't be available at the prices we're used to paying from eTailers. I verified this with one of my suppliers, and while it's not a done deal yet, it is likely to happen in the future. I wonder if Sally Beauty will raise their prices on this line as well.

If anyone's looking for a Melmer (Michael's version of the Helmer), they're on sale this week for 40% off (no coupon needed), bringing the price down to about $17.00. I picked 2 of them up this morning, so when the mood strikes, I'll attempt to assemble them!

Lastly, I have some exciting news for all of you nail/makeup bloggers--Nicole from MagicMaid has masterminded a plan to establish a blogger's forum. What this means, is that we now have a central meeting place in the virtual world to gain knowledge, discuss options, and strengthen our ties with one another. The forum is up and running, thanks to Nicole, with everyone pitching in to cover various aspects of it's content. This is a private forum and is open to both US and International nail and beauty bloggers (beauty bloggers must cover some nail polish in their blog).
