Always tying your ponytail in the same spot? Bad move, Madame Breakage. Hair strands get caught in elastics, especially if you don't use snag-free elastics, so switch that pony around on occasion. "Move it up a half inch one day, then down the next," stylist Richard Marin told Good Housekeeping. Think of it as preventative hair-apy. The strands ain't broken, and you won't have to fix 'em.
