Got Cellulite?

Cellulite is a skin change claimed to occur in most females It presents as a modification of skin topography evident by skin dimpling and modularity that occurs mainly in women on the pelvic region, lower limbs, and abdomen, and is caused by the herniation of subcutaneous fat within fibrous connective tissue, leading to a padded or orange peel–like appearance.

The term was first used in the 1920s, and began appearing in English language publications in the late 1960s, with the earliest reference in Vogue magazine, "Like a swift migrating fish, the word cellulite has suddenly crossed the Atlantic thus a normal condition of many women". One cosmetic company has noted its historical place in industrialised societies as an "inappropriate term used by women to describe curves which they judge to be too plump and not very aesthetic". Hello ladies even  some skinny women get dimples. Descriptive names for cellulite include orange peel syndrome, and cottage cheese skin.

What causes this so-called problem.....The causes of cellulite involve changes to the cellular structure which comes from dieting too hard or too much.  Age is not a factor this can affect any women at any age. There is also genetic element in an individuals susceptibility to cellulite as in (Ya get from Yo mama :)

Dieting has shown to have worsen the appearance of cellulite!!!

My Treatment of cellulite
Numerous therapies for the treatment of cellulite are available, but empirical evidence for the efficacy of these strategies is limited nothing can cure just mask and reduce appearance.

All the exercise in the world can't remove cellulite but stimulating the cell walls with massage and fatgirlscrub can help push back in the fat that is squeezing out through the walls. Think of your skin internally like a honey comb and the fat is pushing through well it's not your fat it's just your cell structure.

Even the hardest working body in the industry has cellulite Beyonce :)
