Woke up yesterday
to a beautiful and curious world.
Mom and I looked at each other
in wonder.
Enchanted, we floated
through the first full day
of our voyage.
It was like stepping back
in time.
With a twist!
The foodstuffs confirm
that we are far from home....
As does the view.
The key to this room
revealed where we'd lay
our heads for the night....
We did have sweet dreams.
Today the forecast is for thunderstorms
and potential tornadoes!
