Tortuga Island is another shade in the Hands of Hope Collection from BB Couture and available at Overall Beauty. As most of you know, 25% of all sales from the polishes in this set will go to aid the Salvation Army in helping them to assist Haiti's survivors rebuild their lives. It's a great cause and a fantastic effort put forth by Cindy and Kim. Tortuga Island is a pastel lime green shimmer with a subtle, glowy effect. As with all of the polishes in this set that I've posted (see more below this post), I used 2 coats and had no application problems with the formula. This is such a pretty shade of light green and I don't see anything in my stash that comes close to it. I'll share the last shade I have to show you from this set later today, and that one is Cap-Haitien, a lavender creme.
